Shipping & Delivery

ArcEin ships orders to serviceable locations across India.

Dispatch: Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment and order confirmation.

Estimated delivery: Delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, courier service and other circumstances affecting transportation.

Delivery estimates are indicative and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Charges

For eligible standard orders:

Orders below ₹999 — ₹69 shipping
Orders of ₹999 or more — FREE shipping

Different shipping charges may apply to unusually heavy, bulky or specialised products. Where applicable, the relevant shipping charge will be shown during checkout.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, shipment information will be provided after the order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code and contact number.

Delays

Courier delays caused by weather, transportation disruption, remote-location service limitations or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect delivery times.
