These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the ArcEin website and purchases made through the website. ArcEin is operated by UDHAYA ENTERPRISES, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Products and Information
ArcEin sells batteries, electronic products, accessories and related products.
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs and pricing. However, minor differences in packaging, labels or appearance may occur due to manufacturer updates or different production batches.
Customers should verify important specifications before ordering, particularly battery model number, size, voltage, capacity, chemistry, connector type and polarity, where applicable.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your application, please contact us before ordering.
2. Product Compatibility
The customer is responsible for checking whether a product is suitable for their intended device or application.
A battery having the same physical size does not necessarily mean it has the same voltage, chemistry, connector, polarity or electrical characteristics.
ArcEin will not normally accept a return solely because a correctly supplied product is incompatible with the customer’s equipment or because the wrong model was ordered.
This does not affect rights available under applicable law.
3. Pricing
Product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
The price applicable to an order will normally be the price displayed and accepted at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing or technical errors where permitted by applicable law.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed during checkout.
4. GST Invoice
GST invoices are available for applicable orders.
Business customers requiring their GSTIN on the invoice should enter the correct GSTIN during checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the GSTIN and billing information they provide are accurate.
5. Payments
ArcEin currently accepts prepaid online orders through the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. ArcEin does not require customers to provide payment card credentials directly to us outside the authorised checkout process.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
6. Order Acceptance and Availability
Submitting an order does not guarantee product availability.
An order may be cancelled or refunded if a product becomes unavailable, an incorrect price was displayed due to a technical error, payment cannot be verified, delivery is not reasonably possible, or other circumstances prevent fulfilment.
If payment has already been received for an order that we cannot fulfil, an appropriate refund will be arranged.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment and order confirmation.
Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, courier availability and other circumstances.
Delivery estimates are indicative and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

8. Returns, Damaged and Defective Products
Returns are generally accepted only for eligible products that are damaged during transit or defective upon receipt, subject to the conditions in our Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy.
Customers should notify ArcEin within 2 days of receiving the product.
For claims involving transit damage, missing contents or visible damage, a clear and continuous unpacking video beginning before the shipping package is opened should be retained and provided when reasonably required to assess the claim.

9. Order Cancellation
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact ArcEin as soon as possible.
Cancellation may be possible before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable returns policy will apply.
10. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website operation, introduce malicious software, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Website content may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law.
11. Intellectual Property
Brand names, manufacturer trademarks and product names appearing on ArcEin remain the property of their respective owners.
ArcEin’s original website content, branding and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
12. Limitation and Applicable Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.
To the extent permitted by law, ArcEin and UDHAYA ENTERPRISES are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from misuse of a product, use contrary to manufacturer instructions, or use of an incompatible product.
13. Privacy
Personal information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes to our website, services, business practices or applicable requirements.
The version published on this website will apply from its stated effective date.
